[For VIVO Smartphone Users] Optimal Smartphone Setup for Tracker User App | GeoFamily

The description is based on VIVO NEX S phone. Depending on the model name and the Android OS version, the setting name and the screen may vary.

1. Notifications Setting.

After installing the GeoFamily app, you must first allow notifications.

Phone Settings > More Settings > Applications > Installed > Select the GeoFamily app on the apps list.

2. Background Power Consumption Setting.

You must allow the background power consumption.

3. Auto-sync Setting.

'Auto-sync' must be activated.

4. Data network Setting.

'Data network' must be activated.

5. Location Setting.

'Location' must be activated.

6. Wi-Fi Setting.

'WLAN' must be activated.

7. Always keep the Google Play Store up to date with the latest version of app.

Find the 'GeoFamily' app in the Google Play store and activate the 'Enable auto update' setting.
