When you install the GeoFamily app and then sign up, or when you re-install it and then log in, you must proceed in a good network environment.
Please check the following.
1. If you are using Wi-Fi, make sure there is no exclamation mark next to the Wi-Fi icon at the top of the screen. And, the Wi-Fi signal level should be high.
2. If you are not using Wi-Fi, the data network signal level should be high.
3. The [Power save]/[Power mode] icon in the Quick Panel window must be set to OFF. (OFF is gray color)
